Prefabricated Pile Cages

Ready for immediate concreting.

QRC’s steel fixing in-house expertise offers a specialist service to supply prefabricated pile cages which can be welded manually or robotically using our modern European machines. Prefabricated cages are an ideal method of having your reinforcement delivered to the site to be placed in your formwork ready for immediate concreting without the nuisance of site HSE.

Wire Mesh

To both BS (BS4482:2005, BS4483:1998) and ASTM standards (A82:1997, A185:1997).

An electric fusion welded prefabricated reinforcement grid made of perpendicular wire rod welded at each intersection with accurate spacing at the required dimensions. Used as a replacement for the traditional “cut & bend” and placing of steel reinforcement. Aside from standard mesh, QRC also provides engineered and bespoke mesh reinforcement.
